The bed was comfortable and AC worked

They don’t have breakfast. Don’t advertise it if they don’t have it. The “fitness center” cannot be considered a fitness center. What gym has an odd number of dumbbells? The bathroom smelled horrid. Reeked of body odor.

Location

Arrived around 5pm 2 hours after I was able to check in and the room will still not ready. Had to wait in the lobby for about 30min for my room to be ready. The room beds weren’t that comfy and was a little rough. The tv was like watching tv from the 1990s the speakers on it sounded awful. The bathroom ceiling had paint peeling off not a good look. Cleanliness of hotel and room was overall okay. Another issue I encountered was another charge on my card that the hotel manager couldn’t even tell me why I was charged and requested more time to look into it. I prepaid through booking and then the security deposit and then another charge came up the second day that he couldn’t tell me why And the amount was $77 and some change. This was a lesson learned to not book through a 3rd party from here on out as well as stay at this hotel chain. This was a friendly reminder on why I usually pay extra to stay at the Hilton

I got rest a little before driving back to ky.

Well our first room had dead bug body parts smeared on the wall next to the bed. It took forever at the desk to change rooms. Only 1 person working the desk. Wife was uncomfortable and on big always all night after that.
