This hotel was recommended by a friend, what a pleasant surprise! The staff was friendly and attentive. Each time we walked by the front desk we were greeted with a smile and asked if we needed help with anything. It is located near several nice restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay there again.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The Avenue of the Arts is top notch top to bottom. The staff is absolutely amazing very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very clean and grounds are impeccable. The location is perfect very central to many things to do. Whether you want to go shopping, head to the beach or fine dining all within a 15 to 20 minute or less drive.

From the moment we arrived, Salvador at the front desk was fantastic. He was incredibly professional, genuinely friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. He took care of everything for us, making a potentially stressful check-in process completely seamless.

My husband, our grown daughter and I had tickets for a play at the Segerstrom Theater, My daughter and I stayed at this hotel earlier this year and found that not only the location was a simple short walk to the theater, but the food at the Silver Trumpet restaurant was wonderful, the hotel staff was welcoming, and our room was perfect This was what made us book the hotel once again and we are so happy we did my husband was equally impressed by this stay It will definitely be first on our list for hotels in the area on our next trips!

Beautiful property with amazing staff.

Nothing. Everything was exceptional.

Everything, and I actually mean everything, is clean, well appointed, and simply just works. Basically, they nailed form, function, and overall atmosphere. Like any place, what really makes Ave Arts is the enjoyable people. I mostly dealt with Max and Sal—who either works 20-hour days or lives there—and those two legit made my stay. They’re friendly, gladly help with any issue, and are both knowledgeable of the surrounding area (shops and eateries). It took me a bit to admit their easygoing friendliness is actually genuine. This is so different from myself who hides behind a Positivity Mask ™ while seething about your inability to park between two white freaking lines in the garage, so it took a bit for my guard to drop. Those two and other staff create Ave Art’s mellow and positive vibe, and the vibe is what makes the stay. If you dislike clean, well decorated hotels with great employees and a mellow, enjoyable atmosphere, this is NOT your spot. Everyone else, 10/10, I highly recommend. Lastly, Max is a ringer for JD Vance which is good for a chuckle each morning to start your day.
