"Great staff! Great location!"

My wife loved the location so close to the south coast plaza! And minutes from John Wayne airport. And the staff all around could not have been more nice and helpful!! Think we will def be back!

Paying for parking is kind of a bummer. But not the end of the world.

"Overall a disappointment"

We had a weekend getaway to attend a wedding and overall we were disappointed. There was a dog barking in the hallway that woke us up on Saturday morning. The breakfast on Sunday was terrible. The food and coffee were cold and the service was definitely not quality. We had to ask for water refill and salt & pepper. It’s too bad because the location is in a prime area and the vibe was swanky.

Avenue of the Arts is my go-to hotel when visiting Orange County or our Newport Beach office, and it continues to exceed expectations. The hotel strikes a great balance—classic architecture with a refreshed, contemporary interior. The front desk and staff are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, making each stay smooth and welcoming. The on-site restaurant is convenient and high quality, and the bar offers a relaxing setting with a solid happy hour and great bartenders—ideal for winding down after meetings. The small lake outside, complete with ducks, turtles, and visiting dogs, adds to a relaxing touch you don’t often find at business hotels. Overall, a top choice for both comfort and service in Orange County.

"Beautiful hotel in perfect location"

This was our first time at the Avenue of the Arts hotel. It was the perfect location for our show at the Segerstrom across the street. We were very impressed with the hotel’s warm and comfortable atmosphere. It was a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, well lit, comfy bed, and beautiful view of the outdoor lake. We will definitely be back.

We were pleasantly surprised by this gem in the shadows of South Coast Plaza! Serene property within walking distance. Nice lobby, amenities, great staff and pet friendly. Great experience dining at the restaurant also. A great value also!
