"Enjoyed our stay but pricey given the need for a refurbishment."

Location on the lakeside. Great views from our room of the planes flying into Billy Bishop airport. Close to main attractions.

The property needs a refurbishment. No lounge/bar area apart from the one on the 5th floor beside the pool.

"Overall a good hotel"

Hotel location is very nice in waterfront. Staff were very helpful

Friday it was noisy even though we were on 4th floor. Windows all sealed and cant open for some fresh air.

Location and views from room were fantastic. Walking distance from Union Station. Rooms huge, clean and spacious, good bathrooms and showers.
