"Great lakeside location and easy to get to from Union station. Pretty expensive."

Location. Very comfortable bed.

Coffee maker didn’t work properly. Hairdryer was broken ( was replaced by housekeeping ) . No music channel on tv and couldn’t access Netflix or other streaming platforms.

Property was in good location

There is no right hand turn into hotel. Have to go around and straight down Rees. Parking garage narrow. Not everyone respects the lights.

Location was excellent.

Shame that the pool area was closed, even though the pool was empty, it would have been nice to enjoy the patio as the weather was HOT.

Very nice property and staff. Great location. Hotel prices in Toronto are terribly high and this one was one of the more reasonable. Nice area for walking and good restaurants nearby.

We had a middle of the night fire alarm and had to evacuate!

Lage, Zimmergröße, Ausblick

In die Jahre gekommen, keine Wartung bzw. Austausch von alten Objekten. Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig, Sanitärobjekte alt und Risse, Fliesen alt und nicht mehr sauber. Vorhänge am Fenster haben Löscher und sind dreckig. Die Bilder auf Booking täuschen den Kunden.
