"The staff did try to be useful, but fell short on this. When we asked for them to book us a taxi, they used a ridiculous"

Location, close to Waterfront and CN Tower. Had a great view of it from my bedroom window.

Noisy reception area at night, could hear in the bedroom on 1st floor because it’s all open plan.

Location was great. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had all you needed. The souvenir shop was excellent and it was so ideal to have it that close by to get your gifts and drinks, snacks etc
