Quiet location by the harbour

Difficult to access the parking lot-need to get good directions to access the parking. And there was no one answering the phones that night

Location is quite okay.

I requested for a one-hour extended check-out because I had a meeting but i was summarily declined with no serious explanation.

Room has a lot of space, nice view on cn tower and rogers centre, big tv, nice closet for clothes etc 24/7 shop just outside the hotel, great restaurants nearby, awesome access to water fountain to fill the pitcher, good wifi, perfect refill by housekeepers, lots of body wash products (although some might be missing like a tooth paste), perfect spot for exploring the city, great temperature control panel in the room

Looks like it was not cleaned under the bed for some time, Curtians are just decoration, you cant actually darken your room, I dont like that the duvet comes without the cover, just some extra sheets (so unsure if that was entirely clean), Although there's big tv, it has no smart options like netflix or even casting anything from your phone, also there is no spare hdmi if you got laptop (you need to have yours), Shower could have been better for more pleasant baths

The location was amazing and facilities were good!
