I’m shocked at the difference in what Hampton Inn rooms used to look like versus what they look like today for $160. I found it to be a complete disappointment- it’s more like a dormitory room instead of a luxury hotel room. The walls are thin you can hear everything. The bed was so small. It didn’t even feel like a king and the pillows were not comfortable….overall management and service was great!

The ac turned off in the middle of the night..had it set on 66..it was not cold enough for it to turn off. we both woke up hot and sweaty..for the price we paid ac should not turn off

"Road construction issue but good staff"

The staff was nice but there was no notice that there was major road construction going on all night. Staff helped getting a new hotel but had to work through hotels,com to get a refund for the balance of the stay. It was not difficult but time consuming . We should have been offered a full refund since couldn’t sleep with the construction. Should have been told about it at check in.
