"The poor room layout was significant enough for me to never stay at this chain again."

Easy to park and clean.

The room layout was terrible. The bathroom had no locking door, and faced the beds. Awkward with lack of privacy. Odd closet arrangement, too. Poor planning for whoever designed this.

"A warm welcome."

After a long day of interstate driving we stayed at this Hampton Inn just north of Charlotte. A very pleasant welcome by employee, Charnika that included fresh baked cookies. We are pretty loyal to Hampton Inn’s, and using the Hilton app we are able to pick the room we’d like to stay in. That is (In our opinion) a nice feature. No surprises, a comfortable, clean room, easy off and on the interstate.
