The location is great. And the red staff were available, helpful and friendly.

1. Loud arguments every night, late. 2. The internet is terrible. It made watching TV very spotty to unusable. 3. The sink was cracked, old and the paneling on the vanity was delaminating “bigly” 4. The phone in the room didn’t work.

The room was very clean. Breakfast was ready on time, of course we had the waffles.

Shower had a leaky faucet.

Nichts funktionierte. Föhn defekt. Badewanne inklusive Shower total abgenutzt. In der Badewann löst sich der Belag. Im Lavabo kein Stöpsel vorhanden somit konnte ich keine kleine Handwäsche von Socken, T-Shirts ect. durchführen.

I had 2 rooms. One had internet tv and the other did not. Why am I paying the same price for 2 rooms that aren't even equal? The phone in my room didn't work. The maintenance guy said it will never work. So I just basically accepted that I had a broken phone in my room. It was a clean room, but it also looked very used. Tub caulking was old, toilet paper holder was rusted. Shower head was very worn in and dingy looking. One of the bathroom doors wouldn't close. Basically had to put somthing against it to keep it closed while using the bathroom.
