It was close to keys

The light fixtures didn’t work, the door handle to bathroom was lose, the tv and WiFi didn’t work any of the days, they was homeless sitting outside my door by a vending machine doing drugs and police was involved to remove the person, it was horrible

The TVs need updating so guest can put on their own Netflix and/or other streaming platforms.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude at check in. No simple/basic customer service skills. She didn’t even greet us with a Good afternoon. Also this property needs a lot of attention. Our room was falling apart.

We were told by a staff member that this hotel had previously experienced flooding and you could tell.

That the lobby area was clean

I didn’t like that the pool doesn’t open early like 10am went to the pool with kids and the gate was locked kids were disappointed, and guest have cigarette buds on the ground where sign says no smoking area

I mentioned to the front desk that the AC was very noisy, and we saw a cockroach run behind the sink in the bathroom.
