I know it's urban, but this left a lot of room for improvement. Location was fine and easy to get to, lots of local sights to see. The gym smelled horrible, the room itself was minimal without even a comforter on the bed in November (we had to request one at the front desk). Dining was not an option after finding mice in the bar area in the AM. Thankfully the local area has many an option for eating, and a 10 minute walk in any direction will yield you many good dining options.

Very disappointing. The gym is antiquated and several cardio machines are out of order . Inadequate towels which I discovered only as I was about to get in the shower. One of those hotels that no longer gives amenities except a small tube of smelly lotion. The staff is not particularly friendly in the restaurant, and someone in the decor department decided that a jumble of wires under the shelf near the bed is aesthetically attractive. This is not surprising given the fact that the mirror declares on its surface that " it is art". Someone who thinks a that a jumble of wires is appealing might think that a mirror is art. I prefer a pretty room without the lecture. Nothing about this hotel impressed me.

We stayed at the hotel and had to spend the day working in the lobby. We needed an area to work as a group and Joe went well out of his way to ensure we had a quiet space, coffee and everything we needed. We had not planned well but thankfully due to Joe's extraordinary efforts and hospitality we had a very productive and comfortable meeting. He was great!

I like the place the room was so cozy the view was amazing. And the room was so big we was comfortable. We love it’s was great.

The heat was taking to long to heat the room that’s all. And there was no microwave I think people might like it better if there was a microwave in the or in the lobby.

This was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed. After driving 4 hours by car (to attend a funeral) we arrived around 10:30 to the hotel. Upon checking in, we were directed to the service elevator (1st red flag) because the main elevator was not working. Entering the room, we found it quite dark, ALL the walls were painted black including the bathroom. We sanitized the room as we usually do and had food delivered via Uber Eats. We left the bag with our empty and used food containers near the trash and went to sleep with the television on. Around 4:15 we were awakened to noise in the corner where we left trash bin and the bag we placed after eating. My husband and I immediately grabbed our phones and used the light to see where the noise was coming from. We didn’t see anything from our bed, the noise stopped after a few minutes so we decided the noise may have come from the vents in the wall in that area of the room. We were able to fall back asleep. When my husband got up around 8am he checked the area only to see a RODENT had eaten through the bag and containers. He took a picture and decided it was best to inform me when we checked out and I’m glad he did because I was totally SHOCKED and SHUCK. I have NEVER EVER experienced this in my life. We informed the manager as we were checking out. His response “I don’t know what to say” I am sure this was not the first time this has happened and I’m sure it won’t be the last so I’m letting everyone know STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. Oh, we still had to pay for our stay and the hotel promised accommodation for this major inconvenience has not been received to date. Marriott Corporate needs to check out this property. They are giving Marriott bad name.
