We walked in to register and the lobby was filthy and paint was peeling off the wall. We requested a refund as the hotel didn’t seem safe or clean. It was really bad.

"Nasty, Nasty,Nasty"

This is one of the worst places i've seen. Bathrooms in the lobby dont work. Bathrooms weren't clean. The floors needed a good scrubbing, they still had muddy foot prints on them. The bed looked like they dragged it across the ground before putting it in the room. It was just plain old filthy. Would not recommend anyone staying here.

Upon checking in, was told that the room is on the second floor and there was no elevator. Asked for a room that was either in the main building or was at least on the first floor, as my foot is broken and I can't do stairs very well right now. Was refused for the room transfer because "the reservation was already made". Advertised breakfast but there was none. Only coffee. Would not recommend.

I think this may be the worst property I’ve ever stayed at, and I work in this field and travel for Work and I have stayed at some places before, but this is one of the nastiest places I’ve ever stayed

First off it took 30 min to check in ,the desk clerk was missing. Once in our room there were several roaches in the bathroom. They had bed bugs on both beds. The air conditioning was broken with black mold all over it. The tv didnt work and the window didnt open. We didnt stay, we left 5 min after we got in our room. I would have complained to someone but there was no front desk clerk and there were signs at the desk saying no refunds after check in... so we just chalked it up as a loss. But dont ever stay here the building should be condemned!

Our experience was horrific. Not only was staff unhelpful, and charged me with a card that I did not want the room charged to, but the room was an absolute mess. Lights did not work, Wifi was poor, the pool was closed down, the rug was unvacuumed, and lampshades were on the floor.

"Serious health and safety issues"

This hotel has serious health and safety issues that need to be resolved before anyone should be allowed to stay there. The location is amazing, but the hotel does not deserve to bear the Wyndham brand
