Baymont by Wyndham Williamsburg

Nasty in every way absolute horrible experience and wish I never paid in advance...family was scared to go out of the room and rooms were filled with black mold where I had to go the er and recieved a breathing treatment...due to congestion and lack of breathing ....dangerous for babies and heavy drug sales are all over with users in the parking lot ...horrible ..pool is used as storage and manager never at desk ...water leaks and ac and TV were working sometimes ...do not stay here

Payed for a suit got an economy room. Dirty. Type of place with hookers and trap houses.

My room was very dirty. The refrigerator had mold in it. The shower curtain had mold on it. I will never go there again. The place should be condemned the license. The elevator is expired.

Key never worked. Nobody at the front desk, ever. Room never would cool off. I can go on all day

Beds were about as comfortable as a pull out sofa. TV screen was broken and no replacement available. Obvious that the “non-smoking” room had been smoked in quite often over a long period of time. There was no ice bucket which was maybe a blessing in disguise because undoubtedly it would have been filthy. There are easily 60 hotels/motels around Williamsburg. This is not the hotel you’re looking for.

Woke up with bed bug bites and them crawing around on bed. Front desk couldnt reach the ower to ask for a refund. I trapped a bug and took video to show front desk. Place is disgusting.

Do not stay here, it’s awful. I’m surprised they have a license to operate such a disgusting facility. Avoid at all costs, the cheap price isn’t worth it.

We booked our stay with Baymont a month in advance and had it for a deluxe king size bed, which we paid extra for instead of a queen. When we got there, the staff couldn’t find our reservation for awhile and then when they did, gave us our key. We found our non smoking room to smell like smoke, have two queen size beds in it, and still be dirty. The beds were poorly made and looked like someone was on them after being made. Pillows just thrown, mud or brown spots on the sheets. The floor was sticky and the bathroom floor was pretty dirty. There was water laying in the bath tub and drain shut, so I definitely know the bathroom was not cleaned prior to stay. The room looked like it could be partially getting renovated and there was a lighter beside the bed on the floor. Most likely will not stay again, which is a shame cause the last time we visited, we had no issues.
