Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. La camera era accogliente e la piscina nel cortile interno, rende l'ambiente molto rilassante e calmo. Servizio lavanderia comodo e efficiente, in una mezza giornata ci hanno lavato tutti i vestiti che avevamo dato. La colazione è sia a buffet con frutta, caffè, tè, sia viene chiesto di scegliere un piatto da un vasto menù. Assolutamente soddisfatti del soggiorno!

Quando siamo arrivati i dispenser dei saponi erano quasi vuoti e non usciva il sapone. Il lavandino non scaricava l'acqua, ma hanno risolto appena abbiamo riportato il problema.

Staff were super helpful after our river front hotel flooded and accommodated us very well. Helped us book a private transfer to Da Nang for the same price as a grab.

A few ants in the room but nothing ridiculous
