The Nam An Villa Hoi An

The room was a good size. The shower was great and the pillows were the nicest, softest, coziest pillows ever! And there were 4! The location was nice, a quiet street, but only a 20 minute walk to the old town. As well, Ana, the hotel’s everything, was amazing! I was there during the flood and even though she worked 15 hours a day, she was always sweet and so accommodating. She made me feel like I was home and was very helpful. 😊

My closet door was really sticky and creeked a lot, but that’s about it.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They take time to explain about the city and even offer discounts for the Memories Show, which was a nice touch. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and of good quality. The pool area is nice and spacious, though the water was a bit too cold during our stay. Breakfast was average but good. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay with great service from the staff.

It would be even better if there were more options available in the breakfast selection.

Very nice staff, tasty breakfast, beautiful interior and competetive price. Very good experience, especially comparing to other hotels. They decorated our room beautifully for our honeymoon.
