Residence Inn By Marriott Boston Tewksbury

Room 222 is exhausted. Carpet was torn and stepped on carpet tacks with stocking feet. Tub mold, dirty and peeling wall paper, bed was NOT what im used to for the Marriott brand. It was broken down and lumpy.. housekeeping did a good job getting it clean but they can only do so much. The tub will not come clean!

Booked last minute because there was a great price for a 2br suite. My only complaint is that although the room was clean, it smelled like there had been large dogs in the room prior to us. The smell would not go away.

The place needs a little fixing or renovation. For a Residence Inn by Marriott, I had high expectations, but was wildly disappointed. The rooms, carpet, needs deep cleaning. We wore socks and could see the extreme dirt the floor and carpet. The hallways were a little worn out. Or the breakfast was a totally underwhelming. I wasn't the only one complaining at the lack of customer service by the breakfast crew. The food was low quality and tasteless. Now except all that, the front desk staff were actually very good!

The property is ok not an excellent place but fair the staff is divided the lounge personnel some are nice and attentive some are rude and less caring. Room service is poor not too responsive and very gossiping therefore anti professional

We enjoy the room lay out so if one of us wants to go to bed early the other is able to watch tv in the other room

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable
