Residence Inn By Marriott Boston Tewksbury

My family and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was very quiet and we always felt safe. Free and easy parking is always a plus and their complimentary breakfast was also very good! We had no complaints about this hotel!

Good location, breakfast was fine. Air conditioning was excellent. Kitchen was well equipped. Mattress was comfortable and large. But there were some insects coming into the room, flies, mosquitoes and small spiders, probably from the land next door. I think they should also improve the washing of towels, it's a good thing we brought our own to use. But on average the hotel was fine, I would stay there again.

The air conditioner was quiet. The rooms were spacious and clean. The scenery was pretty. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were hot and delicious. I would definitely come to Residence Inn again

The state of disrepair on the exterior of this hotel is astounding. The building is quite literally crumbling down. I have many pictures of the alarming conditions. The pool and jacuzzi are not open which was a huge disappoint. I will say, the room was clean enough and comfortable. But I can’t get past the terrible condition of the buildings. Also, there appear to be many people of questionable character living in the rooms.

We already paid in full prior to checkin, when we got there the pool was empty. They did offer to refund if we didn’t want to stay but at that point we couldn’t wait for a refund and find another hotel. The main reason we got a room there was specifically to bring the kids swimming. They should have noted the pool closing on their website and I would have found someplace else in advance. Breakfast was supposed to be until 930 the next day, yet the staff member who was doing the breakfast was upset that people were still trying to eat at 905. She even spoke about it in Spanish to another staff member which isn’t very professional. We ended up leaving the breakfast area because we didn’t want to be in the way. The first room we were given was ok but the garbage disposal wasn’t working so the sink clogged. We had to switch rooms late that night because maintenance was gone for the day. I feel like for the rate we paid, we shouldn’t have had a lot of these issues. At this point I’m not sure I will stay at this hotel again because I feel like it was a waste of money.

Very friendly staff and a nice clean room

There was a massive domestic dispute above us. Thudding everywhere. It’s not the hotels fault but it seems like that’s the crowd they attract. Unsafe balconies. Pieces of gutter hanging off the side of the building.
