Nothing! Coz they can’t be reach through phone. Didn’t show up

It was a handy location to most amenities I needed. Room was exceptionally tidy and size was just perfect--no dramas. Super big TV and well designed interiors and furniture are of good taste. No kitchen but who needs it when you've got a good cafe and a few restaurants nearby.

No elevator but I've got strong legs anyway. It's too close to noise in the streets, but it's not the owner's fault. Caught receptionist/guard asleep on several occasions, but blame it on the boring job.

The hotel is a little hard to find because there was no physical address and its behind the cafe shop Also there was no elevator, we always needed assistance for our things to be delivered Otherwise overall, it was a pleasant stay

We were touring again in Negros and stopped over again in Bacolod for a night, looking at a more modern place we saw Real Suites on the portals and got in touch to book for a night, this worked well and uncomplicated, when we arrived we figured out that the hotel is next to an ugly building ( they do have rooms with windows looking at those horrible walls), they made the mistake to check us in one of those rooms which I immediately refused, than we were moved in a room on the other side overlooking the parking area; On the web the rooms looked nicely big as Nd very stylish, reality however is that the rooms have the size of a regular budget hotel, The shower head must not have been cleaned for quite while, one could write on it, the cleanliness in general is not really up to snuff, when going out I told them about my findings, when we got back it’s been resolved, The rooms are also not sound proof, I would not support the name of the hotel as Real Suites, Suites are something else! Don’t think we will chose this hotel again coming to Bacolod.

Good hotel, with nice room and friendly staff. Goid restaurants in the area as well.

I booked last minute for a business meeting and tried this newer hotel.Rooms were decent , no window view but slept just right . No elevator. Looked like staff employed were more like student trainees, needs customer service training. Price for the room tho is a bit high. They have a bar at the lobby.

No elevator, have to pay for coffee and tea in your room (the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at that complimentary coffee and tea packs weren’t in the room) and the bed was so hard. We were only here for 1 night only so it met the need of a bed and a shower. Staff was friendly.

My hubby and I stayed here for one night. We were in Bacolod for Christmas shopping and I was not feeling well that day. We decided to stay in this hotel as it is accessible. It also has a cafe beside it. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we have to carry our bags and shopping bags to our room! The room was okay but I wouldn't recommend it if you go as a group as their bathroom have transparent walls. They don't offer free breakfast as well and the parking space is limited. There's still lots of other nice hotels in Bacolod that you can check out. Just make sure they have elevators so it would be convenient for you if you have luggages.
