We checked in and no one said anything about a private party. The owner rented out the parking lot and restaurant-Bar for a private party. Few hours later loud music and people screaming, we ask how long will this go on? They said until 3:00 am I said no this is wrong. We complained but they could care less. We left at 12:30am in search of another hotel. Absolutely the worst experience in my life. I could not recommend them for my dog to sleep there my poor dog would have been terrified. They gave us a refund but out on the street trying to find a place to sleep at that time was difficult.

I looked for a place near Lacson st. upon my arrival from Manila to Bacolod before going home to my family in Bacolod. For the price and it's quite new, i had hopes that this hotel is fantastic. To start with the room, well it's clean. But the window, for the price, I was expecting to have some view of the street or anything, but when I opened my window, the view is just an empty wall 2 meters away from my face. Bummer! Took a shower, and the bathroom glass wall is not properly sealed. Water keeps on leaking to the main room and you can't really do anything about it. I tried turning the shower head away from the glass gaps but it keeps on leaking. Ending, you have water everywhere in your bedroom. For P2,600+, i'm also expecting a free breakfast. Saw some hotel with 2,000 and below offering buffet style breakfast and Real Suites have none! I don't have the chance to backout because I have lot of luggages with me and it's raining. The restaurant beside it, the Bascon, you need to wait 1 hour for them to serve your fried breakfast. And PLUS! THEY DON'T HAVE AN ELEVATOR. SO I NEED TO CARRY ALL MY LUGGAGES FROM 3RD TO THE LOBBY. WHEW! I'M REALLY NOT HAPPY! I SHOULD HAVE STAYED AT GO HOTEL (beside robinsons bacolod) OR westown hotel.

We were charged P1,320 for a cheap looking and poorly anchored soap dispenser and no manager cared to face us. It was broken by accident because it was not securely placed. Our honesty was not even appreciated because for sure we can just leave without them knowing. I would not complain if I was charged partially since only one of two was broken. It was a nice experience at first but for sure I will not come back due to overcharging.

Customer service was great. The staff was respectful and helpful in every way possible.

Staff very nice and friendly and helpful. Very good. What I didn't' like - whole bathroom including toilet floor gets wet all the way to the floor because there is no separation between toilet and shower.

Nice place location is near to almost everything. Internet is fast. Heater is good. AC is cold. Room is very clean and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly. Bar is not too noisy and crowded. My kids enjoyed!

Location was really accessible to public transportation! Staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. However, there were no elevators! I use stairs till 3rd floor (only) tho I'm staying for business (work). It's an effort on my end to use stairs to/from fieldwork. You have to make a round tour since upstairs are accesible at the back and outside of the building!

Pros: 1) value for money 2) clean and modern rooms 3) friendly and helpful staff (allowed us an extra hour in the room and helped with baggage storage for a few hours while waiting for our flight) Cons: 1) no elevator and rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor 2) Bathroom is all glass so privacy is an issue if sharing the room even with a family member. There is frosting in the middle part but your feet and head can still be seen as well as the shadows you make. 3) Hot water wasn’t working in 2 of the 3 rooms our group occupied 4) Limited supply of hair dryer. Our group of 5 shared one 5) Very basic amenities: soap, shampoo and water. Extra toilet paper has to be asked for. No facial tissue in the room Overall: affordable hotel in a decent location. I would probably stay at a different similarly priced one along Lacson given that accessibility and a semblance of privacy are important to me.

We came to this beautiful city of Bacolod for a weekend get away. As a seasoned traveler on our personal time and even on business trips, credit card payment is the norm - its very convenient and, for security purposes, we seldom carry so much cash. So it is do frustrating that a hotel like this does not accept credit card.
