The person that greeted me and showed me to my room was very nice and welcoming. The room on first viewing was good and in a heatwave, it was pretty cool which was a bonus

The cleanliness was a bit questionable - the bed looked semi made, the coffee cups and spoon weren’t clean, the bathroom bin was full up from previous guests

Pub itself was lovely, no complaints there. Food from the onsite Chinese was lovely.

Room was very tired, bedding looked like a thrown together last min job. Not exactly inviting. Shower room was not that clean, shower had greasy scum on top , shower head was dirty, used dental floss left on floor , urine and hair under loo seat. Complimentary breakfast had been forgotten untill I pointed out it wasn't there.
