Riad Rêve d'Antan & Spa

I really wish to say I like something but almost nothing! I can only say hotel staff is nice and friendly people.

I made reservations for this hotel because of they offer two separate bed in the room, because I travel with my son. When I got hotel they offer us very small room and only one big bed, they expect that I sleep with my son and it is very uncomfortable. I asked to change room and they said hotel is fully booked and they they can change our room after 3 nights. Boss is apologizing about it, that's nice behave but apologize don't make me happy because I pay 100 euro for a night and I expect comfortable stay. No choose we have to wait 3 nights. Than I saw a mouse in the bathroom, may be it is normal for Moroccan people but it is really uncomfortable sleep for me, I didn't tell it my son about it and I don't tell even hotel people because they already said all room fully booked. We join a day trip to agefay desert and we come back hotel very tired and dirty you can imagine. I go to shower and after 3 minutes hot water gone. I stayed shampoo with my hair and I really get a cold. I sent my picture (Shampoo hair) and I ask them no hot water. Answer is come 1 hour later, Jamal will check. Ofcourse I took shower with cold water. Apologies again but it doesn't work. People are going holiday and they want to happy experience. Jamal and Kerima nice people who work there. This is only the good things I guess. Poor breakfast, Why? at least you should offer one boiled egg or fried egg or omlet. two cup of jam, butter, little cheese and coffee. Only coffee is good. If you charge 100 euro for a night you should make better breakfast. In the room only one plug that we can charge our phone, iPad or computer. I use one plug in the room and my son use a plug in bathroom. It shouldn't be very difficult to add 2 or more plug. This is my 3rd time to visit Marrakech and I really disappointed our stay this time. Hope they will be more careful to make people happy!

Je pense qu'il y a quelques travaux d’entretien à faire. Dommage pour le rapport qualité prix qui est plus proche de celui de la France que ce qu'on a pu voir dans d'autres riad à Marrakech.

La situación y que es pequeña y tranquila. La amabilidad del encargado, pendiente de lo que necesitáramos y dàndonos información de qué visitar.

Locația a fost un atu și arhitectura tradițional marocana a riadului.

Camera a fost foarte mică, prețul exagerat de mare pentru ce oferă și micul dejun nu a fost un punct forte.

Le personnel très a l ecoute et très arrangeants avec de bons conseils. Jamal a été très disponible avec de belles parties de rigolades. Je conseille fortement

Hotel był bardzo przytulny. Było bardzo przyjemnie i nic nie miało problemów. W pokoju były wygodne łóżka, a w łazience znajdowały się szamponiki i mydło. Dodatkowo znajdował się bardzo fajny basen wraz z leżakami. Internet również działał bardzo dobrze.

Niestety nie było możliwości, gdy rano wyjeżdżaliśmy na wycieczkę o przyspieszenie śniadania, bądź dostania czegoś na wynos. Oprócz tego nie było w hotelu żadnych problemów i wszystko na prawdę było OK.
