The house was very nice, traditional and clean. The staff was very friendly.The host, Jamal, was always willing to help us with recommendations.The location was excellent.!

The mattress was uncomfortable, and the water pressure in the bathroom was weak. Overall, the experience was excellent, and these were only minor issues

Only positive thing about the place is the respectful worker called Jamal. Otherwise it was a terrible experience.

The shower wasn’t as pictured at all as in the photos. It was very small and it felt like a prison shower. A shower, toilet and sink, felt less than 1,5 meter x 1 meter. We asked for single beds (as pictured in the photos), but don’t be surprised when you don’t get it cause apparently it doesn’t even exist in the place. Only double beds. Not even a travel bed was possible, only a mattress that was as hard as sleeping on the floor, literally no difference. The breakfast, according to what you are expected to pay is absolutely horrible. 2 teaspoons of 3 different jams, some bread, some coffee. A prisoner in prison gets better food… it would be better just to eat outside. And the worst thing, a lying owner. The owner, I.e contact person Osman, is just lying about having another room. Saying things like he has available rooms and he can fix anything but, surprise surprise, he won’t care or act like it’s your fault and you didn’t ask for it later. Alternatively find other reasons.

Was a lovely place all in all.juat a few points Could do with have some information in room about things to do and where to go maybe. Some of the rooms fitted need some maintenance Toilet seat was loose . Shower hard to control basin and taps move but all clean Great value for price

A beautiful traditional Riad in a brilliant location within the Kasbah. Waking distance to most sites, Souks, Tombs. Lovely staff, very attentive and helpful yet invisible when needed allowing us to feel as if we were the only guests at times, using the pool and terraces. Jamal helped us to organise a birthday cake for our daughter and book a great restaurant. He always gave sound advice and worked hard to cater to all tastes. Breakfast was great, fresh, simple yet delicious. Very clean. Rooms, towels, beds changed daily. Mini fridge for keeping drinks and snacks cool. Heater for the very cold evening we had.

The shower was inconsistent in temperature and flow however, once we worked out how to set it, we managed just fine.

Great staff, lovey riad tucked away just off Main Street in Kasbah area, central location to explore on foot . The Riad has a friendly and warm atmosphere and is decorated well

We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived at this traditional riad… it is tucked away in a quiet resident area of town which we love as it’s where real people live …the breakfasts on the upper terrace are really lovely is a quiet haven up there …

Breakfast was exceptional and Jamal was very helpful! He had a very calming energy and made us feel very welcome, he greeted us during our late evening arrival with tea and pastries. Communication was always prompt and easy. Our room was so spacious, clean, and we were very comfortable. While we were out during the day, our rooms were cleaned exceptionally when we returned. Hotel transfers both ways from the airport were easy to arrange, and Jamal even made us a light breakfast early in the morning on the day we left. It was such lovely stay!

Jamel helped us with recommendations and taxi's. Place was clean and very relaxing.

Fantastic venue for quick access to the Madina and not too far from the airport. Great host and really enjoyable stay all round. The host speaks good English and arranged a really fun tour guide for us. The room was big, and the bathroom was spacious with enough cupboard space.
