Location and friendly stuff

I knew that the building was old. Our stay took an unexpected turn when our next-door neighbor turned out to be a night owl. When I finally approached them about the noise, they were in the middle of a heated discussion about a mouse in their room. I was speechless. Fortunately, they checked out the next morning. I immediately requested a room change due to my fear of mouse, but unfortunately, the only available room was on the ground floor. We made the switch for our last night.

Very close to the kasbah main road, so it’s a very short walk for taxis, Main Street,etc. good size big rooms and comfortable bathroom, we were a group of three and appreciated the extra space in the room. Helpful hosts who texted and responded really quick to requests

The breakfast coffee and tea nice. The bed was comfortable. Unique atmosphere. Quiet and interesting.

We particularly appreciated Jamal's help and kindness throughout our stay. The dinner was exceptionnally tasty. The cleaningliness was to the highest standard. Location is great and very convenient, close to the Medina and Souk and allowing for the taxi to stop in front of the hotel, which may not always happen as some streets are car-free. The hotel's staff was also extremely helpful with the organisation of excursions.

It happened, although not often, that warm water run out in the evening.

The Riad is lovely, one of the places with a large family room, other places offered us two rooms and we can't have children in a separate room. We arrived at 12pm and the room was ready for us, we were able to take a nap and head out. Lovely breakfast, they allowed us to go in the kitchen and cook eggs like how the kids want them. We could go in the kitchen anytime to warm up food for baby, hot water etc The staff are excellent, Jamal is very friendly and accomodating and Oussama the owner is very responsive and can arrange taxi's etc. The are is very safe, all amenities close by. 5 mins from Kasbah square.

Great place for what we paid

There were so many things to like... As soon as we got there, we were greeted by one of the housekeepers and shown immediately to our room. The room was just as pictured, and the bathroom was amazing. It has a bath big enough to fit 4 people. The water was always hot, and towels were replaced daily. The staff were absolutely amazing, and I would like to mention Jamal, as he was the perfect host and helped us with locations where we wanted to go during the day. The other ladies who served us breakfast were also lovely and couldn't do enough for us. I would definitely recommend staying here, the location is right in the heart of the Old Town and there is loads to see, but if you want to walk further and go and see the sooks and New Town, it is only a 10 minute walk to the main square.

There is nothing not to like, this place is fabulous.
