Beware of flies , there are lots of them , as they mentioned it is due to cow dung farming done at the foot hills , take spray with you or have the room fully cleaned for flies. The colour scheme inside the rooms were dark which had a darker appearance even with two bulbs The bathroom door handles were broken , bathroom tiles were broken , outside table was damaged , some maintenance issues i noticed Beware incase ur going with family , take all supplies of medicines , ready to cook breakfast items (maggie etc) as the property is 10Km away from ooty and has no shops or delivery nearby. However they do provide food , but just in case. At two occasions i had no water in the bathrooms , i had to call the manager and it was resolved within few mins , but take care to have some storage , like fill buckets just incase of emergency. Nowdays outside vehicle is not allowed in Ooty (Only TN 43 Registration is allowed), my cab driver coming for pickup was stopped by police and he somehow managed to come from an alternate route.

View is ok. back lawn is pretty much covered so only front view

Broken bathroom, TV not working. Wifi not working even though they advertised wifi is included

Everything was not up to the mark and not worth the money.Hygeine is a big issue .Rooms are not properly maintained .overall bad

Location is the only plus

I had booked this hotel well in advance through Booking.com and paid around ₹5,000 per night, expecting the same room that was shown and confirmed during booking. However, when we reached the hotel for check-in, we were told that the hotel was overbooked and they did not have the room available. Instead, the staff offered us a completely different room that was extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and not even worth ₹1,000 per night. It was nowhere close to what we had booked. The condition of the room was shocking and unacceptable. I am sharing the images of the room they offered — it was worse than a basic dharmashala. We had to argue with the hotel staff for almost an hour. Finally, they admitted that they were overbooked and promised to provide the correct room the next day. However, they did not compensate us, did not handle the situation professionally, and did not show any concern for the inconvenience caused. On top of that, they still forced us to pay because Ooty was fully crowded with tourists and we had very limited options available outside. This felt like they were taking advantage of the situation instead of helping customers who had booked in advance. It was a big mistake to trust Booking.com and book this property. My personal suggestion is to always go with trusted and reputed hotels, especially in tourist places like Ooty. Do not rely on such properties, as they seem to care only about making money and not about customer experience. Special request for travelers coming from far away: If you are visiting Ooty from another city or state and do not know the local language, please be extra careful before booking this property. If something goes wrong, it becomes very difficult to argue, negotiate, or find another hotel at the last minute, especially during peak tourist season. This kind of experience can completely spoil your entire trip and create unnecessary stress for your family. I also strongly request Booking.com to review and flag such pro
