Great place to stay. Quiet and clean rooms. Awesome staff. It was a great place to stay in Duluth and not far from all the attractions. Definitely would recommend!

"I would not recommend this for friends."

The lobby and breakfast area was nice and clean.

We had 7 rooms, carpets were dirty and smelly. We had to switch room due to strong smelly odor in the room. Carpets look like it hasn’t been cleaned for years .
