Great hotel, staff and amenities all around. Cookies every night. Clean spaces, pool, sauna and hot tub. Loved every minute.

The bar area was only open sporadically.

"Good Basic Hotel"

We stayed here one night during a two week road trip. It is located off a highway with a Perkins next door but not much. We were there on a weekend and there were lots of kids and teens running up and down the hall and stairs. Noise did stop by 11 pm. Pool was crowded but seemed well kept. Room was standard for this brand and well kept. Breakfast was well stocked and clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. When checking out there was a dispute with the rate charged and the rate quoted at reservation and check in. The clerk was unable to rectify the situation but promised to have management look at it the next business day. I was pleased to receive an email before 8 am the next morning rectifying the situation.

The streets of Duluth were bad.
