Everything was lovely and clean. Location was great!! Shopping, food and beaches were all close.

The quarter fruit cups have to go (in the breakfast bag). Maybe create an option to add in more breakfast foods for a nominal fee. No beach passes.

I liked everything about it!

Well located between the town and the beach. We walk everywhere but we’re not in the middle of things. The Inn itself is pretty, feels very authentic. The room is small but so nice to have good towels, bath robes and beach towels ( I’m sure that there is more to offer in summer months) Set up by a pond with a grassy area where you can unwind in the evenings after your stroll to watch the sunset by the beach.

It will be great to have a real breakfast in such pretty dinning area….

Stayed here for several days during our trip to Maine. Good location between coast and town. Staff were all very nice.

This is a very charming property near the Kennebunk River. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bicycles and kayaks available on site. Restaurant on site. Nearby the quaint downtown shopping area. We had an amazing stay!

Ok unfortunately, when we came down, there was no coffee. Apparently people were filling their traveling mugs end up buying coffee at market next-door. Finally woman from restaurant came and made more coffee. That’s the only problem. Other than that. Everything was wonderful. We would come back again and again.

Maybe having two coffee urns would have been better
