Spacious and clean

Breakfast very minimal; two mornings out of three had no coffee

The lady in frontdesk is very friendly and helpful. The room is very small and it costs ~$210. There is no water kettle or hot water if you want to make some tea or coffee. The breakfast is only one muffin and several small pieces of fruit for each person.

Greatest staff ever! Courteous. Clean. Convenient and next door to Mabel’s Claw restaurant which was GREAT too!

We stayed at Mabel's House for 2 nights. It was a perfect quaint inn. Very well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly. We ate at Mabel's Lobster Claw and at Ocean for dinner. Both were delicious. We kayaked the River and stopped at Federal Jacks brewpub for lunch. The lobster bisque was amazing. Kennenbunkport is a delightful town.

It was free so can’t complain, but could have had a little more to eat.

Too much disinfectant smell in the room. Covid is airborne.

Room was tiny, no water or coffee maker in room as per the Hotel.com description of this place, Paint was peeling off ceiling in bathroom and towel rail fell off

Very quaint! Used the bikes but tires needed air and my husbands bike chain kept falling off. A bagged breakfast was different but still enjoyed it. Would recommend.
