The building is very outdated, our room had a moist/damp feeling to it. The carpet felt wet, bedding felt damp, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, bad musty smell in the room and hallways

Breakfast was poor. Left overs from day before of sausage and gravy. Toilet didn't work well

Excellent hotel with clean, spacious rooms and a cozy atmosphere. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Great location—close to shops, restaurants, and main attractions. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options. A relaxing, hassle-free stay. Highly recommended and would gladly return

The pool area was nice outback, except the intense heat, I stayed inside, the breakfast area was pleasant, but the same each day, needs variety

Very outdated, the room ceiling needed repair probably from a second floor water leak, the bathroom towel rack fell off in my hands. I stayed five days and the room was cleaned only once. They have a rule that you ask the day before to have it cleaned the next morning. I asked each day but they cleaned once. This is a very poor area, old commercial and industrial.

The room was gross and it was really hot!

Staff was helpful and friendly. Free breakfast is included which is nice. Front lobby is nice and there is a pool to lounge at. Our room had working AC and a clean bed. Shower and bathroom were clean. The only negative was a few spiderwebs and the lighting in the room was darker than we'd like and there's not a lot of natural light. We'd stay here again for sure.
