Staff very friendly and helpful, room/bathroom nicely decorated and clean. Complimentary snacks a welcome bonus. Pub was great, we didn’t try the food but looked delicious.

There is noise but if you book a room above a busy pub in Richmond then you have to expect there is going to be noise.

Location - we were doing a parkrun nearby in Old Deer Park on Saturday morning (10 min walk) and a 1/2 marathon in Richmond Park on Sunday morning (10 min drive) - but also going out / meeting friends in central London - Friday / Saturday - so being near station was good. Street parking was free all weekend (5 min walk) after 16.30 on Friday. Room was fine - and breakfast provided (cereal / yoghurt / croissant) was a surprise.

We were directly above the pub - with live bands Friday / Saturday night. To be fair the music stopped by 11.30 - but ideally we would have preferred an earlier night!

Easy to find, on road parking available with permits, good location, spacious rooms with good facilities, huge bed, lovely shower

We stayed on a Saturday night and the pub was really noisy with loud music until about 1am.

An excellent welcome on arrival - made sure we were settled and left us to it for the remainder of our stay. Very quiet, despite being within walking distance of Richmond station. The breakfast items in the room were a nice surprise and were refreshed daily.

The atmosphere of the pub was great and the staff who checked us in were wonderful, made us feel very welcome The rooms were clean and comfortable. Perfect for our visit, and nice to have a drink before retiring, in bar. Whilst we did not eat, the food smelled amazing.
