A fantastic base for business travel in Suva. The hotel delivers exactly what you need — comfortable rooms, reliable facilities, and a location that works well for getting around the city. What really sets this property apart is the staff. Genuinely warm, attentive, and always willing to help — they made every interaction a pleasure. Special recognition goes to Sala, Mereoni M, and Peni N, who were absolute standouts. Their professionalism and friendliness went above and beyond, and they deserve to be acknowledged. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Suva on business. I'll certainly be back.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn for one night, and the experience was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the level of service exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Mereoni M., whose warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We would also like to commend Peni N., the porter, for his friendly attitude and prompt assistance. His professionalism and willingness to help made a great first impression and added to the overall experience. The combination of excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere made our short stay memorable. We highly recommend Holiday Inn and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Friendly staff and great service throughout. Highly recommended. Special mention to Hasmukh for being so welcoming, approachable and always greeting guests with a smile that made guests feel comfortable straight away. He was approachable, helpful and handled everything professionally while still making interactions feel personal and genuine. His positive attitude really stood out and made our experience even better.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish, Thank You Hasmukh! . The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. Every interaction felt welcoming and professional and nothing was too much trouble.

Rooms are big and well appointed. Clean and seem fairly newly renovated.

Staff were slow to address requests - i had to ask multiple times for milk to be replaced. The fridge didnt really keep anything cold.

Location is great, staff all very friendly

Island time, just expect them to take there time to take your order and deliver your order.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn. The atmosphere and overall environment were excellent — clean, relaxing, and very welcoming. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. A special thanks to Hashmukh, who was incredibly easy to get along with and a fantastic host throughout the stay. His warm hospitality and positive attitude truly stood out and made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Went with friends to celebrate mothers day at bar and outdoor restaurant. Went at 6.30pm and did not receive our meal ( pizza) until 9.00pm. Also pizza was cold. Very poor service by lethargic staff. Some energy and bula smiles seen when serving tourists. Locals were not given priority. Service and staff spoiled our special night out. Average food. Just around 3 staff serving outside. Unless called no one attends to the tables. Very poor service, average overpriced food.
