It was neat and clean

Elevator was not in good working order had to take steps, and I had paid with free breakfast included and they stated it was not but it was their error

Hotel was good, room was very comfortable. Staff was amazing. I would recommend a bit of refurbishment through the hotel, I think it feels just a bit dated. But otherwise, it's good. Great location

I liked the all suite rooms and the patio and area to walk and enjoy the ponds.

Very disappointed that while asleep at 8 am the cleaning person did not knock just opened the room door and came in. According to hotel policy staff would not clean until 12 PM. Spoke with the front desk staff who was amazing (5 stars).

I don't like the service. I booked 2 nights. We miss the flight. They let us stay the second night after we complaint.

Room was modern, spacious, and clean. Check-in was quick. WiFi signal was pretty good. Fitness center had a couple ellipticals and treadmills along with a set of weights. There weren’t really any restaurants within easy walking distance. Good location overall though. If you like to go on a nice, relaxing run (like I do) or bike, there is Busse Trail nearby. I’d probably stay at this property again. Price was reasonable for what you get.

Beds were not clean Shower was dirty We were stuck in the elevator for a couple minutes and it would not open.

Disappointed with everything in the room. Advertised as a balcony but instead had windows permanently locked. Beds were the worst I've seen in a hotel. Sink was broken. COULDN'T USE THE WIFI. Room was definitely not as clean as I'd expect for a name/price like this. Elevators were broken and you frequently had to wait 10+ minutes to leave.
