Clean room and nice linens

I booked through booking.com and paid more to include breakfast, but checkin clerk claimed no bkf included even after I showed her my reservation confirmation with bkf included. She was adamant that she could not give us bkf!! Got manager and he found it in the Sheraton reservation.

The hotel is nice with large executive rooms. The staff is excellent. Only thing that is lacking is a proper restaurant and bar. You cannot walk anywhere for a meal or coffee, you need to have a car or ride share.
