Broadway Inn

The bed was super comfortable and the ac worked very well.

The tv only played in Spanish and wouldnt let us change the language. The towels and bed sheets had what looked like small blood stains. Bed comforter had cigarette burns, which was odd for it being a non smoking room. Hot water did not work at all at the bathroom sink. The floor had many soft spots, to the point I thought I was going to fall through the floor. And the wifi kept disconnecting us from our laptop. Overall, not a great experience.

Had a infestation of bugs either like moths or fruit flys was disgusting , the floor was wet and sticky , the bathroom sick didn’t wanna drain , the shower also didn’t wanna drain , over all I would give it 0 stars but there was not no option for that the ac also doesn’t work . The chair by the tv an arm was broken The tv remote was sticky and gross too and there was like drip stains on the wall tried to tell the front desk person they didn’t apologize or anything just say ok

I didn't like that my fir extinguisher was shoved under the mattress. And went off in the middle of the night for no gahdamn reason.... Also the blood on the sheets on the bed. And ash on the blankets . Along with incense sticks sticking out of the walls where the smoke stained the walls and there was a missing fire extinguisher. And the pubic hair in the shower. Covering the drain. And the pillow shoved behind the TV. It was clearly not cleaned. Nor even seeen by their eyes after previous renters ...making it very unappealing. Also was given serious attitude when I asked for an towel when there weren't any ... Never again. The bloody sheets was disgusting.

Located next to Venue needed for trip.

Had to pay $20 on top of our stay to park, bathroom door didn’t close all the way, room looked clean but weren’t. Sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed but the icing on the cake was finding bugs ( not just one) in and on the blanket. Took picture and went to the night desk window. Showed them they even came to the room but didn’t seem surprised. Told them we were going to leave as I didn’t want to take bed bugs home. They did try and offer me two single rooms which I declined as it felt unsafe and unclean. Now they don’t want to refund our money.

Walking distance to Moda Center and other neighborhoods. Street car stop out front.

Older decor, a little shabby, especially carpet

Shady business, disgusting rooms, homeless all over outside. Arrived and they charge for parking even when your paying for a room. Paid for both cars. Later on a the owner of the second car decided to rent a second room, they charged for parking again on a car that had already been paid for. Floors sticks, walls falling apart, terrible smell, bathroom barely cleaned and filthy. Second to that the corporation OYO is shady. I had a reservation for another room, at a separate location, they canceled it due to closing the location. Didnt refund my money, said i canceled it and it was to late to cancel. Tried taking it up with them. A guy calls with an accent so thick i could barely understand him. Wants me to put several apps on my phone, and says hes going to give me more than what i paid. Assumed that it was a scam of some sort. Tried taking it up with my credit card company. OYO made up false documents and stole my money. DO NOT TRUST THESE PLACES!
