Upon arriving in the lobby a strong scent of mold was detected. The a manager, who checked us in, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and nice. Once we got on the elevator it sounded like one of the cables broke. Thankfully, it didn't! Bur as the elevator doors opened the very very strong smell of marijuana filled the elevator. We walked out of the building to our building, and once we were in that room, it smelled of mildew as well. We went down to the pool (which was green and dirty) to find it was closed. (That was one of the main reasons we booked there). I did not feel comfortable with my young children staying in the hotel with the scent of marijuana and mildew that I advised the Manager, I wanted to stay somewhere else and requested a refund.The manager quickly gave me the refund, and we went on our way.

Only had one towel in the bathroom no bath soap no shampoo no face tissue air conditioner was not working thank God the weather was nice in Dallas slept with window and balcony open so I could sleep comfortably. Breakfast was joke. Friday was hot so n my room that I slept at work

In a word, filthy. Outside, inside the room. Filthy. Stained beds, yellowed bed sheets. Slippery kitchen floor. Mom almost fell a couple of times. uniformed and/or deceptive employees. I was truly horrified when I got there. I was so glad when it was over.

everything from checkin to stay was bad. Anit my ER 20$ more one can find better options nearby

Toilet had stains that look like rust and dirt

None of the bathroom lights worked. Tv had been punched by previous guest and there was a very gross substance all over desk.
