Lights were broken. Lamp shades torn apart. Not all sockets worked. No sheets on the sofa bed. Roaches

Room was finished cleaning when we were inside already checked in and given key. Room was full of mosquitos. We picked a non smoking room that smelled like cigarettes inside. Would not stay here again.

Room was not cleaned upon arrival, ac did not work at all! I called front desk,to report this issue they told me to wait on a mansger came on duty called when manager arrived she told me there was nothing she could do after taking my money for a room knowing there were issues.

Cockroaches in the kitchen and no breakfast was served I would like my my refund as I was told yesterday

I've been here going on 2 weeks and NOT ONCE have had a HOT ANYTHING, as far as the free breakfast that was advertised! Only the same old bread and bagel with no anything else. Cereal and coffee...THAT IS IT! I'm very disappointed as this was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. They lied and aren't even trying to have a hot breakfast any time soon I imagine.

The breakfast is more like a grab and go than a continental breakfast and not all rooms have a oven.

Just DON’T. Totally run down and it’s no longer affiliated with the property next door. Sold probably for demolition.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating.

I have stayed here on many occasions without any major issues. This time room were missing a lot of items. The room smelled liked smoke. I hate smoke. The fridge was leaking, cabinet was broken, water not draining in the tub, missing light bulbs, dirty dishes and missing a lot of kitchen utensils and items in the kitchen. Elevator stop working over and over. We we on the top floor. Elderly family members over 80 and disabled aunt had to struggle down three flights if stairs.
