It was okay the room smelt like cigarettes and there was cigarettes all outside the door on the floor the bathtub was rusted

Given key to an occupied room. Roach in bathroom. Door off hinges. Lights out by the door. Couch bed mattress fell through the floor. Planned to stay several nights but checked out next morning. Very noisy did not feel safe

This property is a lil run down definitely don't recommend for families if coming out of town. We where a group of 3 families, we booked 3 separate rooms. All 3 where not what we expected. One Room still had stuff from the previous people that stayed there. All the rooms smelled like smoke and marihuana. We completely canceled all 3 rooms after walking in for a few minutes, and had to look for another place to stay same day. I would NOT recommend if traveling from out of town. Dallas has way better places to offer. The room layout was great but the property is run down.

Everything else. People hanging out in parking lot smoking weed. Upon entering the unit it was as if the previous guest had just smoked an entire blunt and housekeeping sprayed an entire bottle of Febreeze to mask it. It didn’t work! we asked for a refund and it was granted.

Very scarey place to stay, I do not recommend this place especially if you're traveling with children.

Where do I even start? This place is abhorrent. Our room smelled like body odor and cigarette smoke. The place was practically falling apart, shelves and towel racks falling off the wall. There were dirty utensils in the bathroom upon our arrival as well as a clearly used washcloth left behind. There was a worm in the tub, the tub did not drain either. The faucet for the sink in the kitchen area was completely detached from the counter. There are rusty nails littered around the complex, one punctured my shoe as we were unloading and almost went completely through. I understand that I would get what I paid for seeing as this place is not expensive. But this place went so far below expectations, it blew me away. The breaking point was my toddler (this place is NO PLACE for a kid btw) found three separate bone shards in our room scattered on the floor. Not sure what those bones were from, but they were unmistakably shards of bone. Upon this discovery (after our first of what was supposed to be a three night stay) we packed our bags and left. I reported this to the front desk and was actually cut off when I was trying to explain the situation to the person working. I was then told to give my number and name and it would be passed along to the general manager. At this point, I have not heard back from said general manager. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, ever.
