The GM is a sneaky thief. Further, it is possible AND highly probable that she is pocketing the money for erroneous charges. She charged 50 dollars when I was 12 noon to renew rather than 11 am- even after I called her and advised my situation. When I left she and staff had an immaculate clean room - better than I walked into the first day. The fact there was a dirty weave that I found under the bed says it all. Actually her stealing my deposit was the last word.

Arrived and put in a room with broken fixtures, roaches and tv that didn’t work. The night clerk did move me and upgraded actually. As great as that was it ended badly when the manager became a shady thief. I renewed one day and it took me till noon to get my ducks in a row and even thought I booked she charged me ( stole 50.00 dollars ) with no authorization or advisement. Checked out left better that I found it literally and she has kept my deposit. Absolute robbery.

They broke into my car and stole my gf car. On our bday

our room wasn’t cleaned properly. it smelled like cigarettes, there was hair everywhere, a stain on our bed and the floor was sticky. would not stay here again.

I had dirty covers on my bed. It was like red stains on the side. There was a hair in my shower before I even got in. The bathroom light flickered the whole time we were there. I didn’t feel 100% safe or comfortable because the door lock deadbolt wouldnt turn all the way to properly lock the door. There are remotes that controlled every tv so it turned while I was watching it.

This place is absolutely nothing like the photos. It was filthy! They put $100 hold on your card. We did a walk through video of the rooms showing stuff already broken when we entered. Took a lot of photos too. Doors broken, tables about to fall, stove burners not in place. To give it one star is over rated. What is seen online is NOT true to what is real in person

The air conditioner was out in the first room I stayed in on Saturday night. They refused to let me move to a different room said they didn’t have any available. Said they couldn’t send maintenance to my room because it was too late. They said they couldn’t contact the office I mean the manager because she was not in the office until 7 AM. This was at 11 PM Saturday night. I continue to stay there on Sunday morning. I went down to the office and they said they didn’t even have a report of the air conditioner not working so they may report changed me rooms to another room. The room went into there The air conditioner worked however, the sink in the kitchen area when you use it it needs a really horrible odor onto the floor with water everywhere. The maintenance refuse to come fix that as well. They said they would change me rooms. They never did. I am not happy with this entire state. I had my grandson with me and it was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever went through.
