La habitación era cómoda

Las instalaciones eran muy sucias, habían colillas de cigarrillo por todas partes, desde que llegamos en nuestra puerta había basura y nunca limpiaron. La recepción no era 24 horas, el gimnasio lo abrían a las 8 de la mañana y la persona que abría en la mañana ni siquiera tenía uniforme, salía en pijama. El desayuno nunca existió (las barras de cereal ni las frutas)

The staff is fantastic! I had to get my daughter a room due to an emergency at home. I booked a room late night, the young lady that opened the door and booked me has impeccable customer service and informative, she gave me detailed directions to drop my daughter off. My daughter place wasn't ready so I had to call everyday to ask for another night for my daughter, it got to the point they knew me and were so polite and helpful towards my daughter every time she had to go to the office to update her key. I will Definitely keep this hotel at the top of my list whenever I need a place for family or friends in town.

It was not cleaned very well It was run down

It was filthy and big infested I checked out and asked for a ful refund

Never got the opportunity to stay due to them refusing my staying because they stated they did t take the virtual card through the 3rd party i booked through.
