Sonesta ES Suites Montgomery

The staff was amazing! They made the stay so worth it. They were very accommodating, pleasant and patient. They really made me feel like they wanted us there.

The rooms themselves are not structured well. There was really no privacy and no view.

The property was clean the staff wonderful, I love the kitchenette and the living area the bed was so comfortable!!!

Staff is nice, room was horrible. It smelled of smoke so bad that it got our stuff to smell like smoke. Everything was super dusty too and their vents look like they havnt been cleaned in years. Not good for the amount paid whatsoever

The hotel didn’t have breakfast and very smoky, they need to upgrade the hotel

My room did not look anything like the photos. My room was very old outdated. I also did not feel safe on the property as there were people outside in the courtyard all day and night smoking marijuna and drinking alcohol. I would not recommend this place. I stayed at the Sonesta in White Plains New York and it was outstanding. I don’t understand how this hotel is the same brand as that one. This felt like a Motel 6.

This property is definitely not the worst but far from the best. I was in one room but it was disgusting. The carpet was nasty, the door had dirt everywhere, the sink had a strong smell, and the toilet was dirty. The room they moved me to was much cleaner but the carpet still needed attention. When I came to report the dirty room. The hotel staff were outside smoking weed with residents that live there. It wasn't the worst experience but I'll never recommend or stay here again

Nobody was at the desk for several minutes after arriving. When I got to the room blood was on top of the comforter. Called the front desk no answer. Walked back to the office and they did move me to a different room.
