The room was very big. I got a couch bed and kitchen. It was more than I needed space wise

I don’t think they had larger towels so I had to use the smaller towels which wasn’t great

The room in itself were fine on our arrival, but when we arrived at our property there were people sat on our steps to go up to the property smoking, listening to music with a strong smell, did feel uncomfortable on getting pass but we did. Also due to personal circumstances we had to leave early so not sure how the rest of the stay would have gone but that was just the first part of it, so can’t comment on anything further. First impressions the room was fine but surroundings not so good.

I was not able to stay because they couldn't find my reservation through Booking.com. The booing.com agent called the property twice and was not able to resolve the issue. After 2 hours of trying the location said they were no longer able to accommodate me. Booking.com said they would cancel my reservation and I would not be charged a fee...but I WAS CHARGED 1 night stay through Sonesta.

Friendly staff! Room was very clean! Nice stay, the only issue unaware there was a deposit at check in! But other than that great stay! Bed was extremely comfortable ! I will be staying again!
