The location was in close distance to shopping stores, restaurants, and fast food places.

The staff were often unresponsive and unavailable. I was checked in to a room where the carpet was wet. I had to call the front desk a few times before speaking with someone. I was able to get another room and had it upgraded due to my inconvenience. After checking out I received a $100.00 charge to my card. I called for a day and didn’t reach anyone on the phone until the next following night. I was told that the $100.00 charge was a deposit and it would take three to four business days to return to my card. I expressed I found it strange that it came out of my account hours following checkout. I waited 5 business days. The money never returned to my card. I attempted calling the office every day for a second week straight. It’s unfortunate because I enjoyed my stay once being moved to the second room. I planned on returning but under the circumstances I will not be returning nor will I be recommending this hotel.

The service was great! The room needs to be refurbished.

Worst hotel stay ever. What looked like dog vomit on the floor (not just a little, think green beans and dog food), blood spatter on the curtains, broken mirrors, signs of forced entry on door, dirty stained couches, unusable fire place, food running down the outside of the oven door. Nobody working the front desk, you had to call a number to check in or out. Large group of men congregated in the parking lot smoking weed. Do not believe a single picture of the hotel.

Went to this property with my family because we were in town for a family reunion. Got to the room and it was filthy!!! The floors were covered in stains, the bed rooms has juice or something red all over almost the whole floor. The bathroom door handle was broken!! The beds had stains. The chairs and couch were filthy. Walls were filthy, door had been kicked in at some point. We were required to pay ahead of time. If i had the opportunity to sew the room before paying we would not have booked at this hotel. Upon canceling our reservation we still had to pay for the first night. I'd like a full refund because this hotel was unsuitable anyone!!

The rooms are like a small apartment! I really liked the rooms but the carpet is awful. There are stains all over the carpet. I think some of the stains were from baby juice and vomit and who knows what else it could have been. Of course carpet holds smell so there was a scent that was not so fresh. Over all the room is nice as I stated but also let me add that the furniture is outdated as well and very worn down , I will say it is still in suitable condition enough for you to sit and even lay but yet and still it is very worn down because it’s old !!! The tubs can use updating.m because they are kind of rusty, outdated is the word. I did not like that kids and people were just standing around on the outside it made me kind of scared that my car may could have been broken into. Can yall please please take up all the carpet and put in new fresh carpet and afterwards make sure it’s shampoo’d often ! With few changes these suites can be wonderful !

Carpet and outside bystanders

Let me start by saying the staff is great! They are doing the best with what they have. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Now, it’s in a bad location, meaning unsafe. A guy was walking to his truck with his weapon out asking if I saw anyone touch his vehicle. The room smelled like two week old cigarettes. Got back to the room at midnight and someone was playing music so loud it was shaking my walls. This went on for about two hours before I fell asleep.

We traveled 15 hours to our destination only to find out our room was double booked. How did we find that out… we walked into our room full of someone else’s luggage. Thankfully no one was there that would have been awkward. They told us at the front desk there were no more rooms available. The area had sketchy ppl walking around. Kids left unattended running around. Bad experience all together. We were left upset and searching for a new hotel just so we could shower eat and sleep before we had to make another 15 hour road trip. Would never book this place again

Outside the hotel need some updating and better parking but other than that the room was nice plus area was quiet.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the lobby was neat and clean
