Lucky Prince Villa

Everything was perfect! Large and very tasty breakfast, AC works perfectly, shower with hot water, location is 2 minutes from the sea. Whole family is very sweet and welcoming. Always with smile. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything was perfect!

The villa was nice and the owners are way too kind, they do everything to keep you pleased for sure. Our accomodation had 2 rooms and we also had an equipped kitchen and a fridge, too. The rooms very causy and clean. Beds were comfortable. We could do the laundry and there was a nice restaurant in the nearby, too. The host also cooked us nice and various breakfast each day. The helped us with advice where to go and what to do. We stayed in 4 accomadations during our Sri Lanka travel but never experienced as kind hosts as these 2 people who run the villa. They organised us a transfer from the airport and to the next accomodation, too and both were with good quality and price.

We had the "luck" to arrive (Feb 2nd - 5th) during a 3-day festival which was awfully loud (loudspeakers on the main road brought along all the noise). We did not sleep 3 nights as this festival went until 2 am each day. But this was of course not the villa's fault. Kitchen had some ants. The beach nearby is OK but Cinnamon Beach was way nicer for us.

Lakmal, Morin and the hole family are so great, lovely people. The accommodation is nice, close to the beach and to restaurants. We felt like home and also our kids felt very welcome. We can highly recommend staying with this family.

The internet is sometimes now working very well but for us it wasn’t a big problem.

Perfect hosts. They allowed us to stay longer in the room since we went to the airport in the late afternoon.

The guesthouse is perfect. Nothing to complain about. There are some loudspeakers on the main street nearby which repeat some advertisements over and over again all day long which was a bit annoying

Breakfast was huge and delicious! The hosts were so very kind and caring. The guesthouse was beautiful and amenities excellent. Highly recommend.

So far the best accommodation we have had in Sri Lanka. Incredibly nice hosts, willing to help you with anything. They even did our laundry. No noise can be heard from outside, the bed is equipped with mosquito nets, which we greatly appreciated. In addition, it looks beautiful and the mattress is comfortable. The room is equipped with air conditioning. The equipment of the villa is new and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast was rich, we received several salty and sweet dishes, as well as fruit, tea and fruit juice. We would definitely like to come back again and warmly recommend this accommodation.

The couple that hosted were amazing, very welcoming and kind. The breakfast that is included was excellent with omelette and fruit and yogurt and juice and toast and local Sri Lankan breakfast stuff and pot of tea or coffee. The bed was large with its own mosquito net and the sheets were good quality and clean, and the pillows were good and the bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent and enclosed with its own prospect store, but it was a large area that was enclosed. The bathroom was a good size.

Hosts are very nice people, they helped us with train tickets, the owner dropped us by tuk tuk to train station, they feed us well…
