"Superb"

Nice location, friendly owners family.. Very helpful. Good sized room, komfortable bed, hot water with good pressure, close to beach. The best breakfast I had in a guesthouse in sri lanka within two weeks. Breakfast is worth it. Thank you for feeding me, again :) Located a bit away from shops.. but the owner carried me with his tuktuk. Forgot: Cleanliness is good. Good and safe value for money.

Only smaller things: Wifi a bit difficile - didn't work in the room and on the balcony quality was changing. Bicycles mentioned in the text were in a bad condition. TV was not working.

"Home away from home"

The breakfast was amazing and lasts you for the best part of the day. The hospitality of Lakmal and his family are amazing. It's a home away from home. The beach is right there and you can unwind and relax.

"Home from home, will come back with our family."

Hosting family very attentive and friendly. Great beach location. Our room on first floor c/w mosquito net, private spacious terrace with table and chairs, sun bed. Breakfast excellent, toast, omelette etc, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, juice, tea, coffee.

No kettle but they obliged with pots of tea and coffee when asked.
