Wij kunnen eigenlijk niks negatief zeggen over onze ervaring. Voor ons was dit de perfecte vakantie.

There are many plus points about this hotel. As a family we visited for Easter half term , unfortunately the weather let us down a little. We arrived through the restaurant which was a little odd but the hotel itself is very modern, quite small and clean. The family room had a screen to split the kids beds away from ours and good internet, it was modern with a good bathroom. The balcony overlooked the street. We were half board so this included a well appointed buffet and a voucher to order in the attached restuarant every evening. This restuarant had great staff, a good variety of dishes and large portions, one night they were so busy we waited nearly 2 hours for food but this was a one off and because it was early in the season there wasnt a lot of staff on or other options to eat elsewhere for locals too. Overall a great place to eat, drinks were extra but not a problem. As an avid athlete, i train daily and I woud say the gym needs more attention, there is no treadmill, 2 spin bikes but not exersize prgrammable bikes and 1 cross trainer that wasnt connected. A few weights were in there. I mostly ran outdoors instead but would of liked the option for a treadmill/bike/cross trainer . The pools were too cold at this time of year. Given the weather we hired a car and explored many other places in Crete. There was one lady on reception who I asked for advise on spa/massages and if there were any offers, she said to go and speak to the spa lady directly and was quite dismissive dispite me watching her check in 2 German guests 20 minutes before and gveing them a voucher for a free 20 min massage, this was qite upsetinng, the same lady was also unhelpful when I asked about extending check out and said she couldnt advise until the day we checked out if this was possible. Later my husband waited for a different receptionist and she arnaged for late checkout for €60....i dont know why she was unhelpful. All other staff were freindy, Kostas in the restuarant and the hotel manager especially- so thankyou. We would return again but maybe when the season is in full swing.

Staff very kind and always available to help. Jacuzzi was nice. The restaurant playpark for children is amazing, great idea 🙏😊 Great breakfast. Great restaurant, amazing food, big portions 😵 Baby bed was really nice. Bedroom was spacious, very nice and lovely decorated. Ac worked great. Small fridge is a + to have in the besroom. Welcome fruit and wine was lovely 🙏🤩

Jacuzzi wasnt clean afther the rain with sand. The floors of the bedroom even after maids passed to clean were dirty - we always leave our shoes in the entry of the bedroom. I was under the impression that they made the beds, change towels and only that. The pillows are hard, several differents ones but all hard.

Petousis Hotel & Suites is very nice, modern. The staff is very kind, the breakfast is varied and the products are very tasty

It is a bit far from the city centre

Les installations sont de qualité, le restaurant excellent, les lits très confortables. Tout était très bien. N'hésitez pas à prendre la demi pension.
