Really convenient
Easy on and off the highway. About 25 min from downtown Cleveland. Staff was very friendly. Property had some things out of date/not working but overall pretty good stay.
First off, the lady at check in was VERY RUDE. She didn’t give me any info about check out times, location or the room and very short. The lobby was in the middle of the building so you had to walk through a breezeway before getting to it. The building smelled like weed and the area was NOT a safe neighborhood like posted in the reviews. The room was hot because the AC unit was turned off. Besides that the room was decent and the bed was comfortable.

Made a reservation online. Once onsite, the woman at the desk seemed to have problems woth their computer system. After about 30 minutes, she hands my id back and says she doesnt have any rooms. I told her i understood and asked how they would do a refund? She said to call the morning manager and they could take care of it. It has been several calls and being told to call back for a different manager. The last guy i spoke with said they can't give a refund. This whole situation just seems very shady and i would never recommend anyone trying to do business with them or staying there. Just an unfortunate chain of events ending up with with me losing money on a situation that wasn't my fault.
STAY AWAY! We arrived at 1 am tired as dogs with a baby and that's when the horror began: undescribable smell, stained sheets, lady at the front desk who is extremely rude and looked like I was scared to take the room key from her. Of course we didn't stay, so far no refund! We were called a "n..er" word by a man who broke a fight with his wife on the hallway and our baby was shaking- she was that scared! What a nightmare!
Nice large attractive room with microwave and mini refrigerator. Metered Level 1 and Level 2 electric charging stations would be nice.
Hot tub wouldnt get warm enough to even sit in
