Local to our needs. Beautiful HillCountry

My reservations were not as I requested. I reserved a mobility room and they did honor that request. I reserved a room for 2 nights for family. They were there but they initially charge me for them as a no show. The staff blamed the mix up on Booking.com. Beds are not comfortable, and shower access was not easily accessible for myself.

Awesome hotel! At first we were hesitant because it’s so upscale and we had 2 toddlers and a six year old but the staff was so dang great!! They helped unload us, gave us free cookies for the kids and even walked us to the elevator so we didn’t get lost. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Would 10000 recommend. Rooms are kid friendly and very insulated for sound and there’s an amazing Mexican restaurant across the street.
