"Our Go To, When In The Area"

Drove cross country multiple times through Texas and every time we stop near San Antonio, we make sure to stay here. The staff are always friendly and the lobby has an amazing ambiance! The property is clearly well managed and kept in pristine condition.

Very disappointed that the bar was closed at 10pm. The hotel was FULL due to a large benefit concert in the area and there were 25+ guests in the lobby for hours, hopegul to get a drink. It was a poor management decision not to have the bar opened and a financial opportunity lost.

"Black Mold Bathroom"

Charged $400 for 2 nights so expected a clean room. I got broken bathroom tiles and black mold throughout. Unresponsive hotel management took no action. See photo of bathroom on arrival.
