"Nice apartment, good location"

This is a great apartment with all the facilities that you need and much more. It is on good location - right between free parking and city walls - just few minutes walking distance. The room is big and has a great view, also the kitchen. Communication with the owner was easy and simple. I would recomend!

"Fantastic apartment!! Would recommend!!"

We have just left our week long stay at Apartamenti Tinacci, and I have to say we are all sad to be leaving. The apartment was exactly what we needed, two good sized double bedrooms for us and the other other couple we were with. It is a short walk from the centre of San Gimignano, which is by far the most beautiful area that we visited within Tuscany and we felt so lucky to be staying there. Whilst there is no parking for the apartment, there are a number of places to park which is not far at all. The host, Giacomo, is fantastic. He is on hand to give advice, and is super friendly. The apartment is very clean and has all the utensils etc required. We hope to be able to come back one day, as we really have had the best stay here in the most scenic and beautiful place.

The shower is small, but we knew this from other reviews and it does the job.

Everything was perfect! Nice neighbourhood, historic center just a short walk away. Giacomo was very friendly and helpful. The appartment is very spacious and equipped with everything you could wish for. Great to stay several nights. Our best accommodation in Italy so far!

The property is in a very good position and is very clean and spacious. There is a kitchen and laundry and that’s great, but the shower is very small so not at all suitable for a large person! Giacomo the host is very helpful.

Good apartment near the center of the beautiful town San Gimignano. There was free parking not far from the apartment. Communication with Giacomo was quick and friendly.
